In case you’ve missed it, Ali Larter is on the cover of Shape this month. In the mag she tells about her diet and exercise plan, which basically involves keeping a balanced outlook: not eating too many carbs, sticking to workouts, and also allowing treats here and there so you don’t feel deprived.Â
In one quote she said, “But I rarely eat carbs at night because I tend to put on pounds when I do. So I just make a sauce, like a thick lamb ragout, skip the bread and pasta, and add a salad.”
Which makes this blogger ask:Â “What’s a lamb ragout?”
Ali also did an interview with Reel Life, where she shared that she is “not a good dancer” and “a horrible singer.” So why did she just star in a Bollywood musical entitled Marigold?Â
This girl likes her challenges!
