Do you know a real-life hero?  If so, the San Gabriel Pomona Valley Chapter of the Red Cross would like you to nominate them. Not only that, but you can meet a TV Hero in doing so. Noah Gray-Cabey (who plays Micah on Heroes) will host the ceremony honoring the nominees. The lunch will be May 2nd, and all nominations are due April 1. Click over to the Pasadena Star News for more info, or visit the website for a nomination form: www.sgpvarc.org.
